We gladly accept returns within 15 days of purchase.*

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cover postage costs for returns at this time.

For returns within Australia, we recommend using registered post or a trackable courier to ensure your item arrives safely, as we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.

For international orders, feel free to choose any reliable courier of your choice, although tracking is strongly encouraged for peace of mind. Express shipping isn’t necessary, but please note that we’re unable to assume responsibility for items lost during shipping.

Conditions of Return: All products must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Process: Please contact us via email, letting us know the reason for your return. We will respond with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

To ensure safe arrival, we recommend using a trackable service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
